About Upton

German Shepherd mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet Upton, the sweet little blue lacy boy. Upton is 20 lbs and 13 inches tall. He is such a petite little gentleman. He is a lap dog and loves to spend his days snoozing in someone's arms or on the floor. He plays with toys independently and is housebroken. He whines when he has to go out; otherwise, he waits until we go. That being said, Upton is a calm dog and likes fun, short walks around the block, then ready to come in. He would be a perfect apartment dog or best for indoorsy humans. He thrives just lounging and looking out the window (barks at the occasional passer-by) with his people. He is very sweet, quiet, and calm. He does jump when he is excited but is getting better and better every day as he loves to please his people. He is very handsome (hard to take good pictures of dark animals unless you are a professional. lol) As a tiny puppy, he was saved with his entire litter dumped with no food or water in 110-degree weather. Now he is safe, and if a foster or adopter is found. We Believe momma was a small Blue Lacy, but we can't guarantee the breed. Did you know - The Blue Lacy, also called the Lacy Dog, is an intelligent and trainable breed that loves having a job to do and a lot of open space to run around? Upton is being fostered in CT but will come to the NJ area when needed.
