Phoebe has been a shy, sweet girl in rescue. She runs when trying to be picked up but will gladly snuggle on a warm lap on the couch or with you in bed. When she isn't snuggling, she is happily unpacking the toy bin to find her favorite one. She thinks ALL of the toys are for her! Phoebe appears to have a fear of doorways, so she will not go in and out of them without assistance. She does not walk well on a leash. Phoebe will REQUIRE a fenced-in yard, as she is a flight risk. While in rescue, Phoebe was treated for heartworm, spayed, and had an inguinal hernia repair. She has no ongoing medical concerns at this time. Phoebe is looking for a quiet, patient home to spend the rest of her life in. She is happy to share her forever home with other dogs or cats, as she is a very easy-going little girl!
