A super relaxed cat-friendly 50 pound,one year old, hound dog. That's Lydia! A gem. This walker is truly a sweetheart, well mannered, low key. She will make a wonderful family companion! This gentle gals great with dogs, pays no attention to cats! She loves going for rides in the car, nature walks & outings to the dog park. Lydia also loves her little stuffed dog toys & her chew bones. A healthy heartworm negative rescue who is ready for a new life. Fenced yard preferred since hounds will take off, following their noses. She will be spayed and chipped before adoption. Apply on CrisisDogsNC.org under heading Forms. Excellent vet reference and virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year round heartworm prevention. We prefer fenced yard but this is not required for all our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
