About Buddy

Adoption Fee: $300
Plott / Lab
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Welcome Buddy to CCPAL Rescue. He is 4 to 5-month-old Plott/Lab is our best guess. Buddy has big feet so we think he will be a tall 65- pound dog. He is good with other dogs of all sizes. He is outgoing and very affectionate. He is adorable and would be great with a family that has kids. We like them to be 8 or older. He isn't overly mouthy but he does like to jump up for a big snuggle hug. He was pulled from one of the high kill local Animal Controls and found as a stray here in Texas. He would be great with an active and outdoorsy family. He would be ok in a shared wall setting as he isn't too vocal. However, he will need daily exercise to keep him mentally and physically stimulated. He would be fine with another dog and it would be fun because he is very playful. He could also go as an only because he does love people. He would be best with someone not gone all day everyday so you can finish up his puppy training. He is good in a crate and learning leash manners. He is getting his vaccines and will be spayed soon and looking for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get Buddy to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to [email protected] if you have questions.
