About Raven

LOCATION: Memphis, Tennessee AGE/DOB: 8 years old (estimate) Raven's foster says she is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever met. She is true Great Dane. She is a Velcro dog, her foster momma's shadow. This girl likes to be with her people for cuddles and scratches. She will give you that typical Dane lean of love when anyone is petting her. Raven loves her foster fur family as well. She does great with cats and dogs of all sizes. She is very submissive to all dogs including her 5 lb, toothless 15-year-old shih tzu foster sister who runs the house. Raven is very good with people, does not know a stranger, including small children. Raven is food motivated by not food aggressive. She gets sad when her person has to leave and very excited when her people return. Raven has learned to walk very nicely on a leash, is crate and doggie door trained and has not had any issues with tearing up anything in the house when left to roam the house with the rest of the dog pack. She has quickly picked-up our routine and knows when it if bedtime. She is not a big talker but will let you know if she needs out of her crate during the night to go outside or wants your attention. Raven is a couch potato but also loves to run and play with the other dogs in the yard then return to her couch to recharge.
