About Bambi

Bambi is a 1-year-old chihuahua. He was brough into a shelter as owner surrender. He was scared to death. Bambi has improved so much from the first few days, but he is very fearful of men. He plays with other dogs, potties outside. He is food motivated (that helps with training). He is still scared when you try to pick him up, but he anxiously awaits so he can sit with you, cuddle, and give kisses. He has never shown any aggression even when scared. He is good with other dogs and most likely with cats. We ask that families with small children do not apply because loud noises and quick movements will scare him. He is looking for someone home a lot to help continue with gaining confidence. He would like lots of attention and walks for exercise, mind stimulation, to bond, build confidence, and see the bright side of the world. He is very smart and can be energetic.
