About Captain Morgan

ADOPTION PENDING. Meet Captain Morgan, a 2-year-old, 13 lb, full-tailed male cocker spaniel. He should be around 20 pounds so we are working to put some weight on him! His foster Mom reports he is a joy to have around! He gets along with other dogs but we don't know about cats or kids yet. He loves toys and will bring a new one to the couch when he jumps up for cuddles. He is playful, loving and no puppy chewing other than with toys. He greets new people well and seems to attach to men. He does great in the car and shopping in stores. With all the changes in his young life, he is vocal when left alone. Hopefully once in a forever home and a consistent routine, his barking will lessen but we recommend no apartments or condos and at least one other dog for company. Captain Morgan has bilateral cataracts and will be seeing FCCR's eye vet for possible surgery (at FCCR's expense).
