About HOWIE - Overlooked

North Central's 4-year-old HOWIE has spent 25% of his young life in the Shelter. It's way past time for him to find a good home. This neutered, 90-pounder has just graduated from K9 YouthAlliance training and he passed with high praise!(see NC Instagrams) He's had playdates with other dogs and he loves to run, dip in the pool and ask for treats and pets from his handlers. One of them said if he has a hip problem, he doesn't seem to notice or care - it hasn't bothered him on his times outside or with K9YA. Very good dogs, like HOWIE, are often overlooked in crowded Shelters, but HOWIE deserves as many looks as possible so he can be adopted. Since he's been in the Shelter so long, he will need to decompress from the noise and lack of exercise. Also, he should be seen by a vet. But HOWIE's ready for a comfy bed and some unconditional TLC.
