About Lilo

Lilo is house trained and crate trained. He is a very special dog, who has touched a lot of people inside and outside of the shelter, over the last year. He is still looking for his forever home! He is very affectionate and loving. He is smart, and bonds closely with his pal. He has shown great strides in training, and is working through a lot of his reactivity. He can still be territorial and is wary of people he does not know. However, when the introduction is intentional he delights in making new friends and quickly nuzzles his nose into their laps. He has a lot of personality, and is really a delight to get to know and hang out with. He loves to go on his walks, and shows a lot of curiosity and enthusiasm. But during the day he will be happy to rest by you, or find his favorite spot in the house. He plays well with other dogs. I dont know how he is with children, and would be wary with small children.
