URGENT: Taz A674230 1 Year Old Male Pit Bull Terrier Mix Needs Rescue Taz is a 1 year old pit bull mix that arrived as a stray on 05/07/2022. Taz has been excitable at times, but manageable and able to be walked by our experienced volunteer team. On July 27th Taz was noticed not bearing weight on his right hind leg and X-Rays were performed, Taz has multiple issues on his right hind leg including severe hip dysplasia and degenerative joint disease. Taz has been difficult with restraint and was very reactive when being muzzled for X-Rays, due his difficulties with being restrained and severe medical needs he will need management beyond what the shelter can provide. Taz will need placement by Friday, August 19th.
