About Otis

**Sorry, we cannot adopt outside the Southern California area***.Meet Otis! Otis is a 4-year-old Male Siamese cat. I lived in the backyard of my handicapped Dad's home. He was an older man who was eventually placed in a senior facility. The neighbor posted me and my siblings on Facebook and my foster Mom saved me. I was dirty and starving!! What's worse is that I suffered from entropion, where my upper and lower eyelids roll inward into my eyes. It was so painful; I was forced to keep my eyes closed most of the time. I have been in foster care since Feb. 2022. I was neutered, given all my vaccines and flea treatments. Finally, in May I had corrective eye surgery and now I am living without pain. I am still adjusting to be able to see everything but soon enough I will be living my BEST life. Hopefully in your home!! I have so much love to give.
