About Sam

Age: ~ 7 Years Sex: Male Size: Medium Large Good With Dogs: Yes Good With Cats: Unknown Good With Children: Yes Sam is a new arrival to the Sedona Team. This handsome looking adult German Shepherd is super easy. He will happily greet new people and just likes to have fun. Sam has a joyful presence about him. We estimate Sam's age to be about 7 years old. Hard to believe he was found wandering the streets of Philadelphia as a stray. That experience doesn't seem to have affected him. Sam is in relatively good health. He had some skin allergies when first arriving at the shelter, but with medication and a good bath, it is clearing up and his fur has mostly come back in. Although we don't know his back story, Sam appears to be the type of dog that would do well in a family environment. He appears to be good with other dogs, though we do not know about cats.
