About Rosco

I was asked to help. So here is the pup needing rehomed. His name is Rosco. 16 mos old. UTD on rabies and distemper and bordetella vaccines. Is neutered and chipped. Suggested to be around 10+ yo kids. (Her youngest is 10 so not sure about younger ones). Food and toy resource guarding. Had an issue with ppl entering the house one time. Now crated whn ppl come over. Was put on prozac..40 mg a day. Has attacked female dog in household. Once was around food and other with visitor. Nipped ear both times no sutures. Rosco stays leahed in house and other hides upstairs in a room. Has been with family since 4 mos old. House broken, crate trained, loves car rides, can be a barker, loves hard chew toys and soft beds. Cats are unknown. Slips out of harness (suggested a no pull one tht tightens) but does well with prong collar. Rescue stated lab/terrier mix? (Look like border collie or something else to me..idk). Good with family. Currently keeping dogs separated.Vet suggested rehoming to be only dog. Rescue is full and can not take back. Trying to help Rosco. In Frederick County. I typically do house checks and ref checks to ensure a good home.
