I got him from the Baltimore county animal services in Baldwin about a year ago. They picked him up as a stray. However I haven't been able to give the attention he needs for a young dog. If I can't find him a better home for I will need to take him back to the BCAS. ------ Some background: I wanted to get a friend for my other female pitty (10yrs old) but she did NOT like that, I even tried some training at Sit Means Sit in Timonium but it didn't work out. - I've found it difficult to balance the dogs, work, kids, and house by myself since both dogs can't be together and Ollie does require more attention then I can give him. - Ollie is 2 yrs old and very energetic. These are somethings he needs ALOT of work on: - manners - socializing - boundaries - separation anxiety - confidence What he does know: - crate trained - will bark when he needs to go out. - sit, paw, lay down, come, heel - loves snacks - when he does get to know kids, he's really good with them, at least he's great with my kids and nephew (ages range 5-12) - big snuggler - walks great on a leash Other personality traits: - jumps fence - very curious - chews - likes being talked to like a baby in baby voice - love playing fetch, tug-a-war, running, zoomies I'm trying to give him the best. When we got him, he was definitely timid and scared. This past year he has definitely grown but still needs improvement. If there's anything I've given him, it is a daily routine, that's all I can do at this point. Hopefully all this doesn't discourage you. He is very sweet once he lets you in.
