About Cartier

Hi I'm Cartier! I'm an adorable, very friendly Border Collie mix (maybe with Lab...just a guess). I somehow escaped my awful beginning and was found by a good samaritan with a wire embedded around my neck. It was so tight that it actually couldn't even be seen until the vet examined me. I'm so happy and thankful to have that behind me and now to have this second chance at a great life! Despite all that I've been through,I'm a happy go lucky guy and have become a rescue favorite! I am ready to shower love on a family that shows me kindness and love. I'm estimated at around 18 months old. My adoption fee is $350 and includes vet exam, deworming, up to date shots, microchip and neuter. NOTE: Breed and size estimates are not guaranteed.
