Harriman is a super sweet, playful and friendly 45-lb male lab mix, who is eager to show what an amazing companion he can be for that just right person or family. Approximately 1 year old, he is quick to make friends both human and doggy. Playful with his other foster doggy siblings, Harriman likes the company of other dogs, and enjoys being outside, happy to sun himself or chew on a bone. During his time with his foster family, he's learned to use a doggy door, is housebroken, and is mindful of basic commands. He's particularly fond of another foster dog, Gertie (~1 yr. 36-lb female Shepherd mix) who was taken in by their current foster mom at the same time, and as a result have become close friends---but they could also be adopted out separately. (See Harriman's video for images of Gertie). He would be a great single companion dog or a perfect furbuddy for another dog, female or male. Curious yet gentle, Harriman is ready to work his way into your heart and home. *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
