About adobe

We are unsure about a lot f things with this good boy. He and his siblings we tied to fire hydrants all over Pensacola. My friend found him as mentioned tied to a fire hydrant patiently waiting for his human for a day and a half, she couldn't take it anymore so she went and got him fed him and called me because she cant have animals where she lives. She knows that I try my best to rehome these unfortunate fur babies. I can not keep him I have 8 cats and an iguana. He is more scared of them. He is a good boy really he is and deserves more that what has been given to him. He is potty trained and knows a few commands but always willing to learn please help me find him a forever home.
