About Moon

IN NEED OF RESCUE FROM HORRIBLE CONDITIONS This is Moon. She is in desperate need of a home. She has lived her whole life in neglectful conditions. Her exact age is unknown. It is a miracle that she is still alive, she has been chained outside in the mud and cold for years. They feed her when they think of it, and she drinks dirty water, and lives in a plastic house, even in winter. We sneak over and do what we can for her, but her owner is a very angry old man who does not allow anyone on his property, and Animal Control has failed her. No one ever pays attention to her. She is sweet. She loves us. She sits on my feet and leans against me, looking up at me, with her tail wagging. She loves my children, but sadly, she does not like my dog, or other dogs, so I cannot have her. We do not know if she likes cats, so she will probably need to be an only pet. I don't think she knows how to walk on a leash, and I do not know if she is house trained. She will require patience, instruction, and love to overcome the neglect she has lived with. I am desperate to find her a home before the cold weather comes. I will pay food and vetting costs up to $1,000, and I will deliver her to your home, up to 200 miles away.
