About Gabe

Adoption Fee: 485
Lab mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

We saved this 9 week old dude after hearing his heartbreaking story...We named him Gabe...%BD%9D%A4%BD%BD%8F...You see, Gabe was left in an empty parking lot, in the middle of nowhere in Texas, with only a cup of blue liquid left for him to survive...%BD%BD%BDz...As he was driving by, a very kind gentleman saw a black spot in a grassy area and initially thought it was a bird, but with closer inspection realized it was a puppy...So he turned around, picked him up and brought Gabe home...Unable to keep him, the finder reached out to all of the local shelters, but the shelters are overwhelmed right now and are not taking in owner surrenders, so knowing he could not just put Gabe back on the street, the finder started looking for a rescue...A net-worker contacted us, put us in touch with the finder and the rest is history (see video in the comments below)...%BD%9D%A4%BD%BD%8F...Gabe is cute as a button and at only 9 weeks old, currently weighs about 9 lbs., has now had his 1st vaccines, flea/tick and heartworm prevention and has been wormed...The safest way to transport Gabe to his forever home is to wait until he has all of his vaccines, which will be in early September, but we are going to post him for adoption now, so when he is ready, he will have a home to call his own...What Gabe will need from his forever home is a large physically fenced yard, a playful canine companion and a very loving family, who is committed to guide this sweet boy to become a good canine citizen...If you live in the Northeast and feel you have the time to provide a puppy with all of the stimulation and training he needs, please follow the link below, choose Gabe's name from the drop down menu and fill out an application...We will be in touch promptly...%BD%BD...Gabe's adoption fee is $485, which includes complete vetting (except neutering), collar, leashes, bed, food and transportation north.
