Location: Lexington, Indiana DOB: 08/05/2016 (estimate) Meet Rolo! You love a dog with personality? Well, I'm your guy. Hopping and skipping around one minute, then melting in your lap the next. I'm looking for a forever home where I can relax and be the chill dog that I am meant to be. There are some things I am hoping for: I like puppy pals! So, give me a home with dogs to play with and I'll be a happy pup. I need a couple sturdy humans to lean on that will give me back and butt scratches. A comfy couch where I can hang out with you is a must as well. If you are up for it, I will gladly sit in your lap. You think I'm giant, but I'm just a loving royal looking for all the loves to be thrown my way. Treats are a must. I'll do just about anything for soft treats. I also am water savvy and loooove to splash in the shallows and I even can swim! My foster dad calls me a 'beach bum' and says I'd be great at a home with water nearby. And I'm sure you have some questions of your own to help determine if your pad is the best place for me. I'm an adult but do get my bursts of energy. I would love to strut my stuff on a daily walk. Otherwise, I'm fairly chill and would prefer a mellow home. Good with cats. I am crate trained - takes me a minute to get settled in. Also, potty trained - surely, I don't want to mess up my domain. I've interacted with kids - but given my size and bursts of energy, I am best with kids over five. I take jaunts to the bus stop all the time to drop off and pick up my human siblings and my foster dad says I am doing great. I behave, am not rowdy around them and don't jump on anyone. I have been my own man so far without rules to follow - so will need to help me learn basic commands. I walk okay on leash but do pull a little. But as I mentioned, I will do just about anything for soft treats. I also take a happy pill during thunderstorms, because they're the scariest thing I've ever been around.
