Thanks!*************** Oooooohhhh my goodness, just take a look at those sweet soulful eyes! They can make your heart melt, and knowing what this little girl may have, or has gone thru just makes your heart ache just a little bit more. Arli came north when she was just a wee one with high hopes from all of finding her happily ever after. She was at a shelter that lovingly cared for her and adopted her to a family with children, sounds wonderful for a sweet pup! But, things did not turn out as expected. Arli soon found herself left out in the backyard, she huddled down in some not so comfy surroundings, even with some garbage and broken glass. She has a couple of scars on her forehead, hopefully they are not cigarette burns, but it does look suspicious. Thankfully the shelter was called by a concerned person, and she was taken from that situation. This sweet girl is doing her very best to bounce back from that rough patch in her life. Dogs are so resilient, and we are so thankful that she could be removed from that situation as soon as possible. Arli is still a bit fearful meeting new people, but she has a HUGE heart!! She is incredibly gentle and loving with the other dogs, playful, silly and all a puppy should be. It took a day or two for her to feel really comfortable with us people, but she trusts us now and is very affectionate and quite the little kisser. Arli is sooo smart and is so eager to please, she is doing perfect with her housebreaking, responds to her name and is easily corrected(she likes to jump and counter surf-lol!) Arli has lived with children, dogs and cats as well. Arli is just 7 months old, about 35 pounds so not going to be a big girl. She loves other dogs and will do well in a home with a fenced yard(a safe secure area is best for now),another dog and of course a home with plenty of TLC to help her feel loved and safe.
