At that time, per the shelter she was growling and reactive and would not allow staff to use a leash to handle her. Note: she has no medical issues at this time. As you can see in her video, she seems calm & a bit fearful...and just doesn't understand why she is in the shelter. Bellatrix is available for adoption or rescue.
