Saved from the Houston, TX kill pound, CARLTON is a handsome 2 year old plott hound/pittie mix who is neutered and UTD on all his shots, HW-, and weighs about 50 pounds. CARLTON loves attention! He loves giving hugs and getting his belly rubbed. CARLTON will be a wonderful companion to an active adopter who can match his stamina and enthusiasm because he likes like to stay active and is always ready to play! CARLTON does get along well with other dogs (with proper introductions) and makes friends with humans as soon as he meets them. CARLTON should be in a home with older kids because of his energy level, unknown how he would react with cats. CARLTON knows basic commands and is potty trained.
