About Louise

Louise is a cute little girl and has a darling little personality. She has gotten along with all dogs she has been introduced to. Louise has a sister Velma, and they can be adopted together or Louise could be adopted into a family that has another friendly pup for her to pal around with. With other pups she is the submissive one. She will also become your little shadow so be ready for a new bestie! She is a sweet girl albeit a little timid to start. When she warms up, she is gentle, sweet, and happy. Louise needs a little time with strangers and will be a little shy at first, and then she will warm up to them. She does loves attention so be ready to spoil this little girl with lots of pets and love! Belly rubs are always welcomed. Louise is learning to live with the resident cat, so a home with dog-savvy cats will likely work fine. She is looking for a home without children. When out on walks Louise pulls on her leash and needs more positive reinforcement training to build good leash manners. This is something her foster family is working on her with slowly and with patience. She needs a home with a solid fenced yard to run around and be safe in because she tends to be fearful on leash so needs time and patience to build positive experiences on leash. Therefore, an apartment or condo would not be the right type of home for this little nuggets. She is both house trained and crate trained. She will sleep in her crate with her sister. It is very cute. Louise is Chihuahua mix and DOB 06/29/2020. As part of her $250.00 adoption fee, they are spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
