About Leyla

Leyla has been in her foster home since July 4th and is really doing well. Due to neglect she has issues that she is overcoming. She is doing amazingly well with the dominant male Rott in the house. She learns quickly and craves attention and approval. Gentle correction works well. We don't have kids so we have no clue how she will handle them. Cats are a definite no. She is crate trained, working on house training, loves walks. Leash training is improving. She is not food motivated or aggressive. She allows handling and was easy at the vet. Chiropractor has no problem adjusting her. She does not jump on people or furniture. Does not chew. Does not understand toys. She is learning to play. Warm loose body greetings when you come home. Leyla would love to have a home with another dog. Slow introductions to dogs work best. She is cautious with people. Rottie or rescue experience a must.
