About Kodak

Kodak is a sweet boy. He will put his front legs on you for attention and pets but will not get up in your lap. Reach down to pet him and he will allow you to pet him but he remains on guard. This guy needs a home with a 5ft or taller fence so he can run, play and have fun with his 4-legged family members!!! He is a bit on the shy side and other dogs help with his confidence. This handsome fellow is looking for a home with another furry sibling to play and hang out with. After a play date, he is happy to chill out indoors. He is a good companion and already crate and house trained. He sleeps comfortably through the night in his crate. He likes to chill out and take an afternoon siesta in his big doggy bed. With is shy personality, if you walk into the room he may shy away at first, so give him some time. He just wants love and trust. He is good on a leash as well. No condo, apartment or townhome because he is a bit of a talker. Kodak does get vocal at times, especially at meal times or when ever the mood hits him. He makes the funniest noises. We think you will see how cute it is; we certainly do. He is a good protector of the home and bit wary of strangers, so give him a little time to warm up to new people. He would like a home with a family that is kind of calm and chill like him; too much activity makes him a nervous so a quieter home will be best for him. Teenage kids and not young children if there are kids in the family. He likes to be able to see you while he is eating and not be 'sneaked up upon.' As part of Kodak's $250 adoption fee, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
