About Penelope

Hello Everyone!! Just want to step up here and introduce myself. My name is Penelope! Penny for short, if you like. My life may have started out not so great but I'm hoping to end up being a lucky penny. Let me highlight a few things for you. I lived with someone who wasn't so nice. Kept me outside most of the time and hardly gave me anything to eat. I would break the chain that I was on and roam the neighborhood until someone found me and took me home again. But a nice lady who came to visit the house to see one of the gentlemen that lived here saw what was happening and talked my person into giving me up. Which was the best thing that could of happened to me. She brought me to her home and contacted a rescue to help find me a new home. And I'm hoping for nicer people this time. Someone who has a fenced yard, another dog for me to play with and maybe even some older children to play ball with. As you can see I am a dobe mx, so I am all natural. Probably dobe/hound or even dobe/lab but whatever, I'm a good girl looking for my forever home. I around 18 mos old and all up to date with my shots and already spayed. I am fine with other dogs, older kids but not to sure how I would be with cats. Do you think you can give me the right home this time?
