About Oma

Oma is a sweet, gentle, elderly lady. She came to us after she had been found in an abandoned home after the tenants had left. She was in the house living by herself for 3 weeks before someone discovered her. Oma is estimated to be about 13 years old and has expected age related conditions. She does have arthritis in is weak in her back end. She requires medications and supplements to help keep her comfortable. She also has a bit of dementia and will pace until she feels comfortable. She doesn't appear to be able to hear but she can see. She's very sweet, loves treat!! Oma is fine with other dogs, but probably wouldn't appreciate a dog that will want to jump or play with her. She's a complete doll and would be a wonderful addition to the right family. Her only requirements would be a fenced yard and no stairs that she would be required to climb.
