Coco was surrendered to our center the same day that her guardian had booked her in to be euthanized. They justified booking her euthanasia because they were moving to a new place that did not allow dogs. Coco is a healthy and playful senior pup at 15 years old! Her life did not deserve to be cut short. Since arriving at our center, Coco has seemed very disoriented. She is in all-new surroundings, and it is hard to get used to. She has been looking out the window, searching for her person to come back for her. We hope that there will be a nurturing and compassionate person come for her soon. Coco depends on it! She is a very quiet and well-behaved dog. She just needs love, and to live out the remainder of her golden years in a secure home. Coco appears to go with the flow in any situation so we believe she'd do okay in a home with other dogs similar is size and energy, cats and polite children who are respectful of animals.
