Surprised I am still here? So are the hoomans! So let me tell you a bit about me to see if we are a match. ���z Hi everyone, my name is Talon! ��|� I have been with Pack9 since I was born. My mom was picked up as a stray and was in a high kill shelter in the South with me in her tummy.��%A4���%8F%BC The nice people at Pack9 saved her so she would have a safe spot to have me and my siblings. My siblings and mom have since found their forever families. I had a family for a little while, but I wasn't a good fit for them. I was just too young and playful for them, it's okay though I know my forever family is out there looking for me, I just hope they find me soon. �ٴ� Now that you have some background, let me share some more information. I am 7 months old, they think I am a hound mix and I weigh approximately 35 pounds. I LOVE everyone I meet, foster mom says I have never met a stranger. ���%8D Everyone loves my light brindle coat and striking white markings. It is also super soft and people love to pet it which I really enjoy. ���SNot only do I love all the humans, but I love every dog I meet as well. Friends are the best! ��%90 I haven't met a cat yet, but they say I don't display a 'prey drive', whatever that is. However, I am young and playful still so any smaller animals (like cats ��%90�and kids��Ԥ�٤�) need to be okay with that. Another cool thing about me is I am SMART. ��%A4� I already know several commands and would love to learn more. My favorite activities are chasing my foster fur siblings and chewing on my bone. ��|� I am also great in the car and love adventures! ��s� When I am done with all the fun, I snuggle up to my foster mom on the couch. �%9D%A4��%8F She loves me and tells me every day how proud she is of me and how lucky my future family will be. �Ϭ I also have all of the basics done. I am neutered, up to date on my vaccines and preventatives and house and crate trained. ��%8F� I go into my crate on command and sleep quietly all night! ���� I am hanging out in York, PA where you can meet me after being approved. I can't wait to meet you, we have so many fun things we can do together this summer! ���z We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
