Tigger was saved from being at risk of euthanasia in an overcrowded SC shelter and is currently in a foster home with 4 other med-large dogs. Here's what his foster mom has to say: 'Tigger is a very high energy pup and would do best with other non-Alpha dogs who can match that energy level (he definitely should *not* be paired with an older, low-energy dog that will be annoyed by his desire to constantly play). He would probably be fine as an only dog so long as his owners are active and will take him on adventures, as he has herding tendencies and needs a 'job' or something to keep him active and occupied. He loves playing with rope toys and balls�'�|he even makes a great bug catcher! Tigger is very affectionate and loves to snuggle, but is not overly 'in your face' either so he's the perfect balance!' He is house-trained, knows the basic commands, and is well-behaved when left alone in the home (but also crate-trained).
