About Regina

Regina was one of the favorites at the vets office when she was in for her spay! She is a small-medium sized dog and almost pure white except for the mask over one eye. She would be a great mascot! Regina came to us from Abilene, TX and made the trip up like a champ. Now that she is spayed, has had all her shots and has a micro-chip, she is ready to find her forever family here in the NW! She has done well with staff on leashed walks around the property and does well with other dogs as she has 2 roommates to pal around with during times in her dog kennel/run. Her one drawback and special need is that she has reduced hearing and is somewhat deaf. Our vet said that she will hear loud claps and perhaps a high pitched whistle but she is otherwise deaf. For this reason, this gentle and sweet girl will need a home that does have a fenced yard so she is kept safe and is kept on leash at all times outside of the yard/home. She will need to learn hand signals for her commands which we think she will pick up on quickly. Other than that minor special need, this girl loves to snuggle with people and get scratches.
