About Osha

I found Osha last October, the little wilding, as I was leaving work one night. She was trying to follow the mother dog but got lost when it ran. The mother is a lab and the father was a pit bull. I thought she was a huge rat. She was not even a a month old. The person who the mother belonged to didn't want her back and wouldn't take her and sent the other puppies to a kill-shelter. She's probably the only living one left. I never had intentions of keeping her; I have outside cats and no fenced in yard, but everyone that wanted her didn't have a fenced in yard either. She is The most loving, kind puppy dog but none of the shelters will take her because she does have pit bull in her. She plays fetch and is house trained and my daughter has been trying to teach her roll over. She knows to sit for a treat if she's not too happy. She LOVES to run! And is somewhat leash trained, she's never been socialized and has only met one other dog: my sister's pit bull. I have grown to love her so much but I don't have the time or room to keep her. I just couldn't stand to see a puppy that young left by the road. She deserves a happy life. She deserves to run and play and loved by someone who truly has the space for her. She's loyal and loves laying in my back seat listening to music at night. And even without a fence she's never tried to runaway or leave the yard once. She deserves to be happy and I hope someone can give her that.
