Ozzy is a well-mannered, calm gentleman who is looking for a forever companion. He is good on a leash, likes going on drives, doesn't mind other dogs and cats, is 100% housebroken, and enjoys attention without being overly needy. Ozzy is the perfect mellow-easy dog, he does not have any fear, aggression, or separation anxiety, he is not a barker and sleeps well through the night. Ozzy is quiet and laid back, he doesn't need hours of exercise but he enjoys being outside and he loves pets. His tail will tell you how happy he is when you are sitting with him and petting him! Found living tied up on a short chain by our rescue partner in Latvia, Ozzy had a rough start but he is ready to enjoy all that life has to offer. Ozzy is blind in the right eye and has limited vision in the left eye due to a genetic disorder, but you'd never be able to tell, he perfectly navigates his surroundings. He has a phenomenal memory, it took him just a few hours to feel comfortable in his foster home. He is moving around the entire house very confidently like he sees everything, he easily walks up and down stairs inside and outside, and watching the squirrels on the deck is his favorite form of entertainment. In fact, he is so good that he had to be seen by an ophthalmologist at Red Bank to confirm the foster family's suspicion about his vision!
