About Lucy

Lucy is a 1YO Lab who came into the shelter as a stray on 5/16/22. She weighs 54 lbs. Lovely Lucy here was found with two other dogs - they had been abandoned after the renter of the property had moved out and just left them there. Luckily a kindhearted neighbor noticed them and fed/cared for them before bringing them to FBCAS. Tommy A036584 and Dexter A036587 are the other two dogs she was found with. Lucy is a very happy and friendly girl. If she could talk we're sure everything she'd say would be followed by at least one exclamation point. Everything is just so fun for her - it's easy for her to be excited! She always has a burst of excited energy when she first gets out of her kennel - but give her a minute to run some of that energy out and she calms down a lot. She's an energetic and playful girl who just needs an outlet for that excitement. She loves to run and is prone to the zoomies. She also loves to chase after the ball when you throw it, but she only brings it back sometimes. She's always happy to be around people. Once she gets some energy out she turns into a cuddle bug. She just wants to be pet and get some attention.
