About Kloe

Hi I'm Kloe. I'm a beautiful, 4 year old Husky with amazing light blue eyes. I came to Husky Haven of FL by way of a shelter where I was picked up as a stray. In the conditions I was picked up, it seems I had babies not too long ago and they used me as a breeding machine yet I was never shown kindness nor love. My brother Charlie was found next to me, and unfortunately he passed because he was neglected medically for too long. I was lucky to be found and now having this chance to find a forever family! At the shelter, I was very anxious and a bit shy in the beginning, but I have come out of my shell at my foster home and I have a big personality. I have so much love to give! I love to run and play! I get along well with other dogs, but I do like to play a little rough and don't know my own size or strength. I would love to be in a house with a yard where I can run and play and chase balls. I also love getting wet in a kiddie pool! It would be really great if I had another young dog friend who wants to play as much as I do. I don't know about cats right now, to me they look a lot like a toy and I just want to chase them. It's probably best to not be in a house with cats or small animals. I am just now learning what it is like to be petted and scratched and loved on. I love walks, but I'm still working on my leash manners, so please be patient with me. My foster mom has taught me to sit and she is working on 'wait' because sometimes I become a little impatient and distracted by all of the cool things I see on my walks. I am learning to become more affectionate, nobody taught me none of that before. I do looove to have my neck scratched. It makes me melt! I am housebroken and crate trained. I'm also good with eating right next to my foster brother without any food aggression. I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. I'm ready for my forever home!
