About Delta

Meet Delta, an adorable one-year-old, 35 lb. lab mix pup. He is stunning with his soft coat and one blue, one brown eye. He came to our rescue from a kill shelter in Georgia after being found as a stray. Now, this lovable boy is in a wonderful foster home awaiting his happily furever after! Delta is as sweet, energetic, and social as they come! He loves everyone he meets - the neighbors, children, other dogs�'�|even the vet! For this pup, the world is all wonderful to him. He has a very happy and goofy personality and is determined to be everyone's BFF! He's always up for an adventure and rides great in the car. Delta LOVES his toys and will climb right into your lap to play. Belly rubs are his absolute favorite and he will roll over for them and smile at you. He is a very active guy so he needs a family who will match his energy level and provide him with plenty of activity and exercise. Since being in foster, he has had zero accidents and is proving to be very food motivated. His foster mama has even been training him to use bells at the door when he needs to go out. While he whines at first, he sleeps the entire night in his crate, paws in the air, snoring away. Delta is still very much a puppy so he's working on his manners and will need someone committed to training. He'd love to find a family with older children or another dog and MUST go to a home with a fenced yard. Delta's adoption fee is $350 and he is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered.
