About Kida

Meet Kida !! This lady is such a fantastic girl. She's very well behaved and super loving!! Kida is an almost 3 year old, female, Husky. She is a shorter stockier build and weighs 50 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She is heartworm negative. Kida is very well trained. She is crate trained and potty trained. She loves car rides and is mostly leash trained. She pulls at times when she's excited. She was great for the vet. Very easy dog that can easily go anywhere with you. Shes a sweet and confident girl. She blends right in to new families and situations with no trouble. She's not skiddish at all and even allows the vacuum to do it's job without protest. Kida is great with other dogs. She's playful with younger active dogs but is respectful and calm around the senior dog in her foster home. When she's with playful dogs she can be vocal when she plays but otherwise hasn't been an overly loud husky. She's used to dog parks and does well meeting strangers and new dogs. We do not know how she would do with cats. She loves chasing squirrels in the yard so cats are probably not going to be a good option. She seems to really love children. She's very attentive to kids and runs to check on them if she thinks something is wrong. She's been very good with the two kids in her foster home, HOWEVER she does have some food sharing issues. Kids in the home need to be old enough to fully understand leaving her alone with food and parents, you need to be responsible with feeding her separately so kids don't bother her. A crate for feeding is a quick and easy solution to this problem. Aside from this she is fairly perfect. Kida has a moderate energy level for a husky. She's very playful and active and loves running laps around the yard but in the home afterwards she's fairly laid back. She's a great mix of fun and relaxed. She loves to play fetch and get brushed. Any love and attention and she's all about it. She is a husky and they do shed a lot. Please consider that prior to adoption. ����FENCED YARD REQUIRED 5ft of higher ����Vet and home checks required.
