NO Out of state adoption will be allowed at all. NO thousand oaks, NO Santa Barbara , No Simi Valley. NO Pebble Beach area No Fresno Area NO Bakersfield area. He was stray at one point of his life but his owners never came back and got home. He roughly 1.5 years old, older kid friendly estimated 10 and older.
