About Otter

Otter is chipped but owner failed to respond. He knows sit and shake, goes into crate easily, sleeps in crate every night, gets along great with my female boxer, but I am too old to have two big dogs. I just helped a friend that rescued him off a busy street in Dallas and we thought the owner would come forward. He is very loving. He looks to be purebred but can not validate.
