About Mango

Mango is one of Mona's puppies. Her siblings' DNA tests revealed Pug/Chi/Heeler in their ancestry. She is just over 3 months old, 13lbs and a sweet, playful puppy. She is current on all age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and spayed. She likes fetch and will bring the toy back to you when you call her. Mango loves chew toys and will play on her own as well as with the other foster dogs in the house. She is very curious and attentive to her foster parents. Her hobbies include bird watching, tripping over her feet, Netflix, hogging the couch and snoring and chasing her tail. Mango was not harmful with cats and is good with respectful kids 8+. Mango is crate trained and will go to the door if she needs to be let out but is also let out often to reinforce housebreaking. She is enjoying walks on leash and it's adorable seeing her explore her new world. She does protest a bit when its bedtime or when fosters are leaving and she goes in her crate. She is not a good fit for an apartment. Preference will go to a home with another dog to play with and someone who will be home often as she is young and wants to explore and play. Though, fosters would not describe her as high energy. She is a little bashful upon first introduction and hides behind her foster mom but warms up.
