About Bella

Bella has been with us in our family home for 14 years. We love her. She gets along well with other dogs in the home, specially big dogs, only after you take her for a long walk a few times with the new friends. She is not a dog park dog type. She doesn't a lot of dogs around her, especially small ones. On walks with a leash, she is just fine if you talk to her. She will only go at it with another dog if they are aggressive first. We've had guests in our home with dogs, and after a nice long walk together - they play just fine. She has a kitty named Milo who is her buddy. Due to personal finances and taking care of my elderly mom nearly full time, I have had to move from our large family home and yard to a very tiny apartment in St. Paul, MN. She is having a very hard time adjusting to the small space and the urban living, especially the walks with concrete. She just deserves better than I can give her. She's funny, goofy, loves to play, loves kids, hates having her nails trimmed. I am open to you caring for her, me paying for her care and food, or any way that works best for you. I'd love to come see here occasionally - a dog share if you're open to that too. She's a great walker, a good playmate, and a great sleeper too. She hasn't spent much time in a kennel since Covid.
