Meet Nikki, as sweet as can be and seemingly unaware that she had a front leg amputated 2 weeks ago. Nikki is a wonderful little girl who is a Velcro dog but with a streak of independence. She loves laps and belly rubs but will take off around the house playing with a toy. Nikki is probably a Min Pin/Chihuahua mix. She has a docked tail like a Min Pin and she is chocolate colored, which is a possible but unusual color for either a Min Pin or a Chihuahua. She is 2-3 years old (what looks like greying on her muzzle is actually white markings that she also has on one paw and her chest). She weighs 7 pounds. Nikki is too feisty around other dogs. She can't decide if she wants to play or squabble so it is best that she be an only dog in her forever home. This tiny tripod will not be placed in a home with children. She needs work on housetraining. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots and microchipped. We adopt only in San Diego, Orange and parts of Riverside County, CA. If you are interested in adopting Nikki, please email [email protected] for an adoption application.
