About Baylee

Baylee is a chihuahua mix with multiple other breeds (Hines 57) and is a scared little guy. He was adopted at 8 weeks old but recently returned back to our rescue. He doesn't understand why his world suddenly changed at 9 months old. As a result, he has had some adjustments issues we are working through with him. He loves attention and affection but just wants to trust again. He is on the shyer side, not very confident and it takes time for him to warm up. Because of this, he has not been very well recieved in meet and greets. He has had a lot of change in his short year and it has left him skittish and backwards. Once given some time, he flourishes and his personality shines. He just needs to be given a chance in a home with a great deal of patience, love, understanding and time. Once he warms up and trusts you he is the sweetest, silliest little guy. If you have the time and understanding to give him, he truly will flourish. He is kennel trained, house trained, loves toys, he especially loves his treats. He loves to snuggle and be with his person. Loves car rides and going for walks. Do not recommend Baylee with children just because he can be a nervous Nellie and will react out of fear. Other then that - Baylee is super sweet and incredibly smart . He is dog friendly, cat friendly and loves people once he has been warmed up to them. Baylee is Heart-worm negative, UTD on all his shorts, microchip and neutered.
