About Lilli

We got Lilli at 8 weeks from a co-worker of my wife. Lilli is sweet,loving, intelligent and high energy. She loves running and wrestling with our 7 year old male pit bull. They are great friends. * Lilli is slim and weighs 52 pounds. She likes cuddling with our older dog and family members. She loves laying at or on my feet--high pack instinct I believe. She is thrilled when my wife comes home from work, seeking pats and ear rubs. * I am 75 and waiting on back surgery that will require several months of recovery. My wife is on crutches for severe tendon damage in her foot. Due to Lilli's high energy level we are a risk of falling. So, very reluctantly, we are seeking a new home for Lilli. * Lilli is spayed and current on her shots. She has just begun with a professional trainer--quick to catch on, Lilli is responding well to the training. It is our opinion that Lilli would do well with a yard to run in and another, largish dog to play with, but one or two teenagers to play with would trill her. * At her current level of training, she would not be appropriate for small children less that about 7 years. She has no experience with cats. Lilli's toys are all of the hard to destroy variety. * We are not seeking a big donation--we love Lilli very much and just want a great home for her.
