About Miss Lightnin

This is Miss Lightning. We call her 'Lightnin' for short. She is a 30lb. 7 month old blue healer border collie. She's a high energy, highly intelligent, easily trained herding dog. She needs a job! I would prefer she go to a farm that will utilize her breeds capabilities. I have been working with her since December 2021. She is house trained and goes in a covered kennel at night. A bone will keep her occupied for hours. However this breed needs activity. She currently resides with an older large German shepherd so she's socialized with other dogs. She's still a puppy so she will need more manners training as she likes to jump up to greet people. She's up to date on shots and intact (not spade). She knows basic commands: No, sit, down, up, stay, come AND go pee! An occasional treat in hand will reinforce this.
