Sydney was found at a park tied up with toys and brought to the shelter. Her finder said she was friendly with people, even strangers, and was good with a 3-year-old child. Sydney can be a little timid when meeting someone new. However, when comfortable, she seeks out attention and will climb onto a lap and lean for petting. Sydney is a moderate pull on-leash and has been known to carry a toy in her mouth while walking. How cute is that? She likes playing with balls and even has a favorite. Sydney's sociability with dogs is unknown, so she would need to kept separate initially, with a SLOW introduction to the resident dog. It is recommended that she meets the entire family, that children in the home be older, and that she be given the time she needs to feel comfortable in her new home.
