About Sterling

Meet Sterling How stunning is this boy? Sterling is not your typical Australian Shepherd. He is what you call a Lethal White which is when two Merles ( red or blue) are bred together which causes them to inherit two dominant Merle genes which result in these beautiful markings. Some of these dogs are born with birth defects such as large vision and or hearing impairments. Sterling's stunning eyes work wonders, however, he is deaf but that doesn't stop him from being an amazing companion. Sterling is a professional fetcher and would give any baseball player a run for his money. He loves to swim with his two-legged friends, but most of all he loves his walks and hikes. His leash walking manners are extraordinary. Because of his level of activity and need to exercise and run, he would not do well in an apartment. He would prefer to be in a home with a large backyard to run around in. Sterling would do best in a home where he's the one and only!
