Part of the fees for highly adoptable puppies like Tahvo help us pay for our medical case dogs. So, not only are you adopting that highly sought after pup, but also saving the life of a shelter dog who may not otherwise be pulled due to the exspensive medical care it needs. Heartworm positive dogs take 6 months and upward of $1000 to treat and we pull one from a shelter every quarter. This means to be approved by our rescue, you must have stellar vet history, references from a trainer, groomer or daycare are also a plus. We wat the best FOREVER homes for our puppies and go above and beyond to find them. These puppies were offered to us by the breeders due to age, or not having the desired color or coat texture. We pay a small fee for the vetting they have in them. We get these puppies with the satisfaction of knowing they will NEVER add to the pet overpopulation issue, that they will have the best care, and a lifetime of love.
