About Ranger

Ranger and his brother Tonto came to us as strays from a rural NC shelter. They are both a bit reserved at first. They are still puppies so they will come around with a little time and patience. They are approx. 5-6 months old and are available for foster to adopt until they are vetted. Vet appointments are scheduled for June and July as this is when the vet has openings. All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind that our dogs are shelter dogs. We have little if any information about their prior history. We can only tell you what we have witnessed since coming in to the rescue. Please be patient and prepared to train / retrain your new family member. Our pets need time to decompress once they are in a new home. if you have not heard of the 333 Rule, please google it. It will help you understand what your new rescue dog is going through. WE DO NOT HAVE CATS. THEREFORE WE CAN NOT TELL YOU IF ANY OF OUR PUPS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH CATS. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, please email us and tell us a little about your family and home and what you are looking for in a new family member. This will help us determine if the pet you are interested in, is the right for your family. We are located in Hollywood/Charleston, SC. If you are not local to the area, we can recommend a transport company. This company is not affiliated with the rescue and will charge a separate fee.
